Plastic extruder

Usage

This series of plastic extruders are used for extruding PVC, PE or XLPE insulating layer and protective jacket onto wires and cables.

Main Character

1. The product line is collocated reasonably, so it is well up to the standard of the technics.

2. It selects the solid gear speed-down motor, so it can be used for a long time with low-noise.

3. The mainframe canister is heated by aluminum casting and cooled by blower, and the screw is cooled by water-center. All of this is monitoring by complex temperature instrument, so it is convenient to adjust.

Pay-off, tensioning unit, extruder, cool-water trough, haul-off, take-up and electrical system.
